(Z) JEN SERIES VOC Abatement System
Product advantages of VOC Concentrating rotor+Molecular Sieve rotor system:

3.High safety, it can make up the deficiency of explosiveness of RTO equipment and in flammabilityof active carbon filter unit at high temperature.
Large volume, low concentration exhaust: VOC Concentrating rotor+Molecular Sieve rotor
Working Principle :
Large volume, low concentration exhaust is cooled down by pre-cooler and further processed by a VOC concentrating rotor.The purified air is discharged to the atmosphere through a main exhaust fan.
The moisture in the concentrated and desorbed exhaust gas is removed by cooling coils and a molecular sieve rotor, the temperature of the exhaust air is cooled down by a heat exchanger and condenser. The condensed air directed to the low-temperature side and recycled as reactivation air of the molecular sieve rotor.

Large volume, medium concentration exhaust :Active Carbon filter+VOC Concentrating rotor
Principle introduction:
Exhaust gas with concentration of 2200mg/m3 is processed by GAC activated carbon filter device and a zeolite VOC adsorption rotor where it purified to 70mg/m3.
The solvent in the activated carbon filter device is condensed and recycled.
